About working groups

In accordance with the session protocol № 12 (dated 16.01.2019) it was decided to suspend Committees of the Association by AIRR members general meeting.

However, in order to promote the interests of AIRR regions such as the accession of AIRR entities into the instruments of governmental support as pilot regions and also federal fund raising, project working groups on «Digital Economy», «Public Health Service», «Science» have been established.

• assistance in the development of regional strategies and regional projects for the digital transformation of the economy of the subjects of the Russian Federation, including interregional ones;
• introduction of new tools to support business entities in the digital economy;
• analysis and evaluation of the results of regional projects that ensure the achievement of the goals, indicators and results of the national project “Digital Economy”;
• preparation of proposals aimed at improving the activities of state authorities of the Russian Federation's constituent entities when implementing measures for the digital transformation of the economy;
• identification of the best practices of state and municipal management in the regions of the Russian Federation and their dissemination in the direction of the digital economy.

• formation of proposals of the regions-participants of the AIRR for interaction within the framework of the national project " Science”;
• development of new and adaptation of existing measures to encourage the use of existing forms of interaction between business, science and education in the regions, including interaction within the framework of the formation of world-class research and education centers by the regions;
• promotion of cooperation between business, science and education on training, research and development of new technologies, selection and commercialization of developments, interaction between universities and regional clusters;
• assistance in the development and implementation of projects and initiatives in the field of education, scientific, technical and innovative creativity of children and youth;
• identification and dissemination of best practices in education;
• coordination of participation of regional enterprises in the implementation of "road maps" for the development of new technology markets within the framework of the National technology initiative.

• analysis and evaluation of the results of regional projects that ensure the achievement of the goals, indicators and results of the national project "Healthcare”;

  preparation of proposals aimed at improving the activities of state authorities of the Russian Federation subjects in the implementation of the national project " Healthcare”;

  assistance in the development and implementation of health projects and initiatives;

  identification and dissemination of best practices in the health sector.
