A solid store of knowledge, experience and specific cases allowed you to go beyond the boundaries of one region and unite 18 of the country's most active subjects in terms of innovation with innovative ideas. Your high professionalism and dedication to the interests of the state have earned respect and undoubted authority at both the regional and federal levels of government. I am convinced that under your leadership the Republic of Tatarstan will experience further development and prosperity!
