The rating will be presented on December 17 by Dmitry Vakhryukov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks, and SEZs of Russia. The aim of creating a long list is to identify the most effective SEZs that provide investors with optimal conditions for project implementation in the shortest time and with minimal costs. This topic is particularly relevant for the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR), as there are 17 SEZs located in its member regions. Last year, the top SEZs included those from the Republics of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, as well as Kaluga, Lipetsk, and Ulyanovsk regions.
