We are analyzing key events in the field of innovations, economic and scientific development in Russia and the regions of the Association.

Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

Head of the republic Aysen Nikolaev took part in a meeting between the President of the Russian Federation and members of the Government, where the development of the Russian Arctic zone and the Trans-Arctic transport corridor was discussed.

The “MedUAV” project has been launched — a system for delivering medicines and biomaterials using unmanned aerial vehicles. The significance of this project extends far beyond Yakutia: for territories with limited transport accessibility, such solutions could become part of a new healthcare model.

Krasnoyarsk Krai
Governor Mikhail Kotyukov met with Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov. The discussion focused on the development of the region’s scientific and educational infrastructure.

Young scientists from various regions of the country gathered in Krasnoyarsk to address real industry challenges based on direct requests from companies. Siberian Federal University hosted an intensive research program involving more than 50 young chemists from 15 Russian cities, along with representatives of industrial partners such as Krastsvetmet, Polyus, JSC Germanium, and Sibur.

Ulyanovsk Region
The region hosted an off-site meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy. Senators supported Ulyanovsk Region’s initiatives to amend legislation aimed at improving the efficiency of port special economic zones. These changes will help reduce costs for residents and remove administrative barriers.

Republic of Bashkortostan
Head of the republic Radiy Khabirov announced the creation of the joint “Bekabad” technopark in the Tashkent region at Innoprom. Central Asia. The project was presented to First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Manturov and also discussed during a meeting with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Novosibirsk Region
The region became the absolute leader in the number of winners and prize recipients of the National Technology Olympiad, Governor Andrey Travnikov shared, highlighting the achievements of young talents from Novosibirsk.
