The Fund for Assistance to the Development of Small Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere (Innovation Promotion Fund) announces the launch of the “Business Start” competition. The maximum amount of support is 12 million rubles. The amount of co-financing from the company’s own or borrowed funds must be at least 30% of the grant amount.
“One of the main innovations of the Business Start competition was the inclusion in the list of applicants for the grant of small technology companies that create technological products that are in demand in priority industries. If the company is in the MTK register, then at the assessment stage it will receive an additional point. Also, on-site monitoring is not carried out for MTK, which is provided for companies passing the competition in the general manner,” commented Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia
Maxim
Kolesnikov
.
The Business Start competition is aimed at selecting innovative projects that involve the creation, expansion and (or) modernization of production necessary for the serial production of innovative products, as well as their commercialization.
“This is the first stage of the updated Business Start competition in 2024.” The funnel of participants has been significantly expanded - now not only companies that won competitions in the Start program can apply for this support measure, but also companies whose revenue for three years does not exceed 100 million rubles. At the stage of consideration of applications, priority will be given to projects in the field of import substitution of products, services and components, as well as technological chains,” said
Sergei
Polyakov
, General Director of the Innovation Promotion Fund.
A Russian company belonging to the categories “Microenterprise” or “Small Enterprise” in the Unified Register of Small and Medium Enterprises, the head of which does not have open agreements with the Fund, can take part in the competition.
Priority will be given to projects:
– aimed at the commercialization of import-substituting technologies (products, services);
– involving the replacement of components (components) planned for commercialization with Russian analogues of technological solutions (products);
– involving the replacement of technological chains (their elements) and means of production.
Main parameters of the support provided:
– grant size – up to 12 million rubles;
– extra-budgetary co-financing (from own and/or borrowed funds) – at least 30% of the grant amount;
– direction of support – financial support for expenses associated with the implementation of an innovative project, according to the list of expenses approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated October 27, 2014 No. 680;
– the duration of the innovation project is 12 months.
Acceptance of applications for the Business Start competition will last until April 22, 2024.
The Innovation Promotion Fund has formed a network of regional representatives in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including in the constituent entities of the AIRR. If you have questions about current competitions or the application process, you can contact the Foundation representative in your area.
