The list of winners of the anniversary season of the “Leaders of Russia” management competition includes AIRR regions

On February 25, the Supervisory Board summed up the results of the evaluation tests of the super final of the anniversary management competition “Leaders of Russia” - the flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”. The winners were 102 managers from 31 regions of the Russian Federation and two foreign countries – Belgium and Serbia. The award ceremony took place at the Gorky Moscow Art Theater, according to the official website of the competition.


First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Leaders of Russia competition Sergei Kiriyenko congratulated the winners and emphasized that victory imposes great responsibility.

“Becoming a super finalist is already a big victory. 160 thousand people submitted applications, the competition was about 500 people per place. But you became the best and proved your leadership by taking advantage of the opportunity provided by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The President launched a personnel platform through which every person can realize their potential. There is nothing like this anywhere in the world. You are joining a fairly large, powerful family of “Leaders of Russia”, where there are many leaders of the highest level. Among the winners are 5 governors of Russian regions, 10 mayors of cities, 6 first deputies or deputy federal ministers. Graduates occupy high positions in government agencies and private companies. Leaders must lead,” said Sergei Kiriyenko.

General Director of the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”, Rector of the Presidential Academy (RANEPA) Alexey Komissarov spoke about the winners:

“In total, 102 people won the super final – from 31 Russian regions, as well as two foreign countries. Among the winners are 83 men and 19 women, which is 19.3%. Most managers are aged 36–40 years – 31.4%, in the range of 31–35 years – 26.5%. From the Far Eastern Federal District, 2 managers won, Volga - 12, Northwestern - 15, North Caucasus - 3, Siberian - 6, Ural - 8, Central - 47, Southern - 6, LPR - 1, as well as one person each from Serbia and Belgium. Managers work in a variety of areas, but most of all in the IT sector - 20 people, industry - 18 people, financial - 5, nuclear energy - 4.”

All superfinalists will receive an educational grant in the amount of 1 million rubles for their chosen study program at Russian universities, as well as the opportunity to meet with mentors from among the country's leading managers - the Chairman and Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Federation Council, the Head and Deputy Heads of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation , federal ministers, governors, as well as heads of large companies and public organizations, university rectors. The winners of the super final will be able to receive career advice and support throughout the year.
