The third issue of the National Report developed by specialists of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia, is out.
The third issue is dedicated to analysis of high-tech business development in Russian regions. It represents results of the annual monitoring including the analysis of the talent capacity of regions, institutional conditions, infrastructure, high-tech export, tax revenues. A separate unit is devoted to development of high-tech startups.
