The head of state thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for his help in organizing the “Games of the Future,” which began on February 21. “It was done at a very high level - as usual in Tatarstan, you know how to do it. This event, of course, is not of a republican or even national level, but of an international level. And everything is very worthy - worthy of Tatarstan, worthy of Russia,” the president noted.

Rustam Minnikhanov, in turn, thanked the head of state for his trust and spoke about the events related to the special operation, as well as the main indicators of the development of the republic.
“A lot of work is being done on humanitarian cargo: both enterprises and private traders are here. We have heads of municipalities who have already met with our fighters from these territories six, ten times. The whole program is ongoing, and, most importantly, we pay great attention to the families of the participants. We spend their vacation time and team meetings very well. And military-patriotic support is also very important,” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
“The socio-economic situation is stable. The gross regional product is 4 trillion 103 billion [rubles], this is the figure. In terms of industrial output, [growth] is 103.6 percent, our industrial output amounted to 4 trillion 742 billion rubles,” noted Rustam Minnikhanov.
The head of Tatarstan called “investment in fixed capital” the main criterion. "We went beyond the figure of 1 trillion 80 billion rubles, with an increase of 111 percent. And the volume of construction work [was] 708 billion, also with an increase of 15 percent. Everything is being built, everything is moving. The tax potential for the republic as a whole, all types, including including social ones, - 1 trillion 553 billion rubles. This means that the consolidated budget, our own income is 481 billion, - said Rustam Minnikhanov. - In oil production, foreign trade turnover amounted to 14 billion dollars. We produce over 35 million [tons of oil], but production is limited OPEC parameters. Already last year we processed 23.7 million tons of oil with a depth of more than 99 percent. Two oil refineries are operating successfully. And of course, we have great prospects for petrochemicals. In 2025, the SIBUR group will launch a large complex "Ethylene 600 "This is the same amount of ethylene as we produce in Nizhnekamsk, and its derivatives. The mineral fertilizer plant is working very well, more than a million tons of mineral fertilizers."
The head of Tatarstan told Vladimir Putin about the modernization of helicopter and aircraft factories in the republic, as well as a “big breakthrough” in the construction of new housing. According to him, Tatarstan has never built so many houses before. “We have never built so much in this country,” Mr. Putin said in response.
