Unmanned Technologies The results of the National Droneification Ranking of Regions were announced at INNOPROM-2026. The top five regions with an "AAA" rating were Altai Krai, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Perm Krai, and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Unmanned technologies are being actively implemented in industry, construction, agriculture, the fuel and energy sector, and the forestry sector. New Production Facilities In Krasnoyarsk Krai, the first stage of ore processing has been launched at the Chernogorsk Mining and Processing Plant. The plant is expected to produce its first concentrate by the end of the year. The facility will process up to 7 million tons of ore per year, create approximately 1,600 jobs, and become one of the largest high-tech projects in the Arctic. Domestic digital solutions are also being implemented, including a 3D quarry model, mining management systems, and equipment monitoring using artificial intelligence. The Russian government has allocated 2 billion rubles to support companies producing high-tech products. The funds will enable the implementation of at least five investment projects in transport engineering, electronics, the chemical industry, machine tool manufacturing, and other sectors. Science and Innovation In the Novosibirsk Region, the SKIF Shared Use Center has received a certificate of full construction readiness. One of the world's largest megascience research complexes will become a platform for research in materials science, biology, chemistry, and the development of industrial technologies. Scientists from Tomsk Polytechnic University, together with colleagues from the SKIF Shared Use Center, have for the first time monitored the synthesis of phosphor materials in real time. The results of the study will enable more efficient creation of materials with tailored properties for industry, construction, and electronics. Human Resources for the Economy The Nizhny Novgorod Region has expanded its support program for young specialists. University graduates from other regions will be able to receive up to 225,000 rubles upon employment at enterprises in the region. This measure is aimed at attracting qualified personnel and developing the region's industrial potential.
