INNOPROM-2026 The Kaluga Region has been recognized as a key center for the development of innovative radiopharmaceuticals. Construction of Europe's largest radiopharmaceutical manufacturing plant is nearing completion, a pharmaceutical cluster is developing, and new import-substituting medical equipment production facilities are being established. New Production Facilities and Jobs In the Tomsk Region, cooperation with Gazprom is expanding to produce high-tech products for the gas industry. Human Resources for the Economy Novosibirsk State University has won the federal TOP-IT project and will receive a 200 million ruble grant to launch a new program to train specialists in industrial software engineering. The Nizhny Novgorod Region continues to develop its world-class IT campus, NEIMARK.
